RZ SERVICES LTD T/A Interior Furnishes – Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Periods by Region

  • UK & Australia & USA: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • European Union: You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification, as per EU consumer protection law.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom, personalized, or special orders

  • Sale items

  • Items purchased with gift cards


3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@interiorfurnishes.co.uk to request a return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your item.

  3. Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using tracked or insured shipping to protect your package.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order upon receipt.

  • Report any defects, damage, or incorrect items immediately to info@interiorfurnishes.co.uk.

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item at no cost and issue a full refund or replacement.


6. Refunds

  • Returns are inspected within 5 business days.

  • Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@interiorfurnishes.co.uk.


7. Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, contact us within 14 days of receipt.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and any price difference must be settled.

  • Once the original item is received, we will process your replacement order.

Tip: For faster service, return your current item and place a separate order for the replacement.
