Orders are typically processed within 48 business hours, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

Delayed Deliveries

If you haven’t received your item 7 business days after dispatch, please contact our customer service team at info@interiorfurnishes.co.uk.

Damaged Items

We carefully inspect all items before dispatch. If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos showing the issue. Depending on the situation, we may:

Arrange a return and issue a full refund
Provide assistance to resolve the issue quickly

Missing Parts or Items

If part of your order is missing, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving it so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, as per UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. You will, however, be responsible for return shipping costs.
