We provide a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@interiorfurnishes.co.uk. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Kindly inspect your order upon receipt and promptly contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This will allow us to assess the issue and take appropriate corrective action.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including custom/special orders and personalized items. Regrettably, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or those purchased with gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.

What if I didn’t liked something and want to return?

We are confident you will be satisfied with your Interior Furnishes products. However, if an issue arises, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Please contact our team, and they will be pleased to assist you with your return.

Please note that the cost of returning items will be your responsibility. We recommend insuring all returns against carrier damage, such as using recorded delivery. You are accountable for the safekeeping of the item(s) until they are received by us. All returns must be packaged in their original packaging to prevent any damage.

Looking to exchange something instead?

If you wish to replace an item, you have 14 days to do so. Please contact us, and we will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) to us (at your own expense). Once the item has been received at our warehouse, we will process your new order, provided any price difference has been settled.

PS: The most efficient way to obtain your desired item is to return the current one, and upon acceptance of the return, proceed with a separate purchase for the new item..

European Union 14 day Cooling off Period:

Notwithstanding the aforementioned, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you retain the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Similar to the above, the item must be in the same condition as received—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds:

You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return, typically within 5 working days, and informed whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
